Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier service.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, all press-on nail sets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
