Thank you for shopping with MIYCLAWS. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

All press-on nail sets are handmade to order.

  • Processing time: 2-3 days.
  • This does not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will update customers on our website or via email.


2. Delivery Times (UK)

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Tracked UK Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimates provided by Royal Mail or the chosen courier and are not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

If you offer international delivery:

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Customs delays may occur and are outside of our control
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.


5. Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders lost due to incomplete or inaccurate information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier.

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at miyclaws@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Please note:

  • Orders are not considered lost until the courier confirms this
  • Investigation times may vary

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
