What are the nails made of?

Every set made is made 100% by myself using high quality, professional products. I use full cover gel tips and all sets are made with gel polish/products, the same materials used for gel x nails. Way more sturdy and durable than shein/temu/supermarket nails, and all customized and made to order.
How do I find which nail fits best?

Please refer to my sizing guide on how to find your perfect size. A sizing kit is not required, but highly recommended. Please take note that there are no refunds on nails with incorrect sizing.
Can I reuse the nails?

Yes! The nails can be reused as long as you maintain proper care and hygiene. Avoid using harsh chemicals and roughness on the nails. Re-apply and remove them with the steps provided in your order.
Do you accept custom nail orders?

Can you rush my order?

Absolutely! Orders can be rushed by adding "rush my order" to your purchase. Reminder, this does not shorten the shipping time. Express shipping is available at checkout.
What is the return policy?

Since every order is custom and made to order, returns are not currently accepted.
Are any purchases final sale?

All orders are final sale.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
My package is lost/delayed

Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that interfers with delivery on the buyers end such as a wrong address, missing information, unsuccessful deliveries or returning to sender. Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons. If your package is lost due to mailer issues, please email miyclaws@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you out.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
