Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all press-on nail sets are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or dislike of design.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at miyclaws@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
4. Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct nail sizing before placing an order. We provide sizing guides to help you choose accurately. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
